The Spokane Farmers' Market Seeks to Hire an On-site Nutrition Education Coordinator

The Spokane Farmers' Market Association operates the Spokane Farmers' Market located at 2nd Ave. and Division St. The Association is accepting employment applications from candidates for the part-time position of Coordinator of the Market's on-site Community Nutrition Education Program (CNEP).

Sought are candidates who are personable as well as professional, very communicative, highly self-motivated, meticulous and detail-oriented. While formal training in nutrition science is not a job requirement, an understanding of and interest in local food and agriculture are definitely preferred.

The Spokane Farmers' Market will hire a candidate for this position by April 1, 2008. Applications are being accepted until February 10.
